Shipping and Tax: S&H is $4 for 1 book and and $1 for each additional book. Orders outside of the United States will incur a $10 shipping charge for the first book and $2 for each additional. PA residents must include 6% sales tax.

If representatives are busy, you can either leave your credit card and ordering information on our answering system, or, if you feel safer, leave your number and the best time to call and someone will return your call to take the information. Please be sure to let us know what books you want.

In your payment, please include $4 shipping & handling for the first book and $1 for each additional book.
