On The Tube: Sunday, Monday, Happy Days!

"Sometimes you wanna go...where everybody knows your name!"

Aaah, the television! Not a place where I grew up at (I was in
the arcades pumping quarters or playing Atari, Intelevision,
Nintendo, or various other electronic games). But I did watch
that I fell in love with growing up such as "Family Ties,"
"Night Court," "My Two Dads," "Cheers," "Coach," etc etc etc.

In fact, it was only recently that I discovered Nick at Nite
(actually forced to watch it as my girlfriend took over the control!)
but that's not a bad thing as I'm starting to understand why "Mary
Tyler Moore," "Rhoda," "Happy Days," "The Munsters" and stuff like
that are famous shows. Now I say to myself, "Aaah, *now* I see
why these people are so famous!" Now I actually know who some of
them are! :)

I still don't get the chance to watch a lot of TV, but I try to
reserve the tube for a couple of hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays
as that's when most of my favorite shows on.

Coming soon! My favorite 10 of the past, and my least favorite 10!
For now, my current hitlist...

TELEVISION

The Ten Best TV shows, in order, on the tube today The top3 are the only shows really worth watching, though. Unfortunately, people just can't seem to get into "Sports Night." I think it's the name because "West Wing" and "Sports Night" are pretty much the same thing (Sorkin clones). People thing they're going to see some sports talk show and that's not the case at all. "Rock & Roll Jeopardy" is also a huge fave as is "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?" If I'm counting game shows, they would both be 2 & 3 on the list. R.I.P. (sniff sniff :( ) Boston Common -- Former #1
