R. James Ansell acted as General Manager during construction and the first four years of operation while employed by Ahlstrom Development Company and contributed significantly to the early success of the project.

During the construction and start-up phases, the Project Management team was augmented by a number of personnel to manage the Partnership's interests at the Colver site.  These individuals contributed significantly to the success of the project.
