Depreciation Lands Museum

The Depreciation Lands Museum is located in Hampton Township, in western Pennsylvania, approximately ten miles north of Pittsburgh, just off State Route 8.

Directions to the Museum

From the Pennsylvania Turnpike, get off at Exit 39 (Butler Valley) and go south on Rt 8 for 0.7 miles. Watch for the Museum sign on the right hand side of the road. Take the next right turn. The museum will be on your left.

From Pittsburgh and the south, take Route 8 north, approximately 7 miles from Rt 28. Turn left onto Pioneer Road. The museum will be on your left.

From Butler and the north, take Route 8 south,to 0.7 miles south of the turnpike. Watch for the Museum sign on the right hand side of the road. Turn right onto Pioneer Road. The museum will be on your left.
