Christ walked the paths from city to city and preached to many along the way. Francis brought a message of peace to the poor and the forgotten. Our Development Office helps us to spread the message of Christ to all in the spirit of Francis and Clare of Assisi. They would use modern technology as we do, today, to explain our Franciscan Mission to invite others to join us in our service to the poor in our foreign missions, our home missions, in our High School here at Mount Alvernia, in our Day Care, in our Health Institutions and to the poor in ministries already established and under study at the present time
The generosity of many people has helped make the mission of the Millvale Franciscans a reality in the past and continues to do so in the present and into the future.
