Shipping We ship 5 days a week and most orders are shipped out the same day the funding clears. Shipping is done by Federal Express and UPS so please do not use any PO Box for the shipping address unless any of these services have delivered to the address before. All over night orders must be received before 2 pm Eastern to be delivered the next business day.

Return Policy Dish Doctors Home Electronics must be notified within 10 days of receipt if product is defective or non-functional. At that point we will make arrangments for pickup at no charge to the customer. If the murchandise is found to be defective a replacement will be sent out immediatly. If the merchandise is returned and found to be in proper working order the customer will first be notified via Email with the merchandise being returned C.O.D. including all shipping charges plus a $35.00 bench fee. If problems are found with the merchandise after 10 days the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
Warranty All warranties, expressed or implied, are backed in full by each manufacturer. Extended warranties are also available for complete systems and IRD's at an additional charge.
